Founded in faith and compassion by Mustapha Jaiteh in 2003, the P.E.L.P Foundation was born out of an Islamic duty to serve humanity. Rooted in Sadaqah (charity), Rahmah (mercy), and Ihsan (excellence in service), we are committed to empowering lives through education, support, and dignity.
